NACOMYO Inaugurates Newly Completed Lagos Quran House with Commissioning Prayers

  The National Council of Muslim Youth Organisations (NACOMYO), Lagos State Chapter, has officially commenced activities at its newly completed Lagos Quran House following a special commissioning prayer held on Tuesday, 7th Ramadan 1447 AH (24 February 2026). The spiritually significant ceremony took place at the facility located at 36, Jebba Street, Ebute Metta, Lagos, marking the fulfillment of a long-cherished vision to establish a dedicated center for Qur’anic education, Islamic development, and youth empowerment. The commissioning session featured solemn supplications led by the NACOMYO Lagos Qur’an Coordinator, Imam Maruf Okusanya, alongside the State Mursheed, Ustaz Adewale Muhammad. The clerics offered prayers for Allah’s blessings upon the project, its benefactors, and the Muslim Ummah, while seeking divine guidance for the effective and sustainable use of the facility.
