The National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS) Vice President for National Affairs, Comr Usman Ibrahimnyass Dende, has commended Senator Sani Musa, representing Niger East, for sponsoring over 400 students from his senatorial zone to study in various universities in India and China. According to Comr Dende, the initiative aims to bridge educational gaps and develop a generation of globally competitive professionals. "This is more than just sending young minds abroad; it’s about nurturing future thinkers, builders, and innovators who will return equipped to drive transformation in Niger East and across Nigeria," he said.

Comr Dende urged the students to remain focused and disciplined throughout their studies abroad, pursuing degrees in fields such as medicine, engineering, technology, and management sciences. The program also promotes cross-cultural experiences and leadership development.

The NAPS VP emphasized that Senator Musa's initiative sets a remarkable precedent for other lawmakers. "We call on other senators and members of the House of Representatives to emulate this exemplary commitment to education and youth development. By investing in our students, we invest in Nigeria's future. This gesture not only transforms individual lives but also has the potential to reshape the nation's trajectory."

Comr Dende concluded by expressing optimism that such initiatives would inspire a new wave of leaders and innovators, ultimately contributing to Nigeria's growth and global competitiveness.
