As we commemorate International Youth Day 2025, the Kogi State Youth Leader, All Progressives Congress (APC), call upon the vibrant youths of Kogi State to harness their energy, creativity, and innovation to drive nation-building initiatives. The theme "Youths advancing Multilateral cooperation through technology and partnerships" resonates deeply with our vision for a prosperous and developed Kogi State and Nigeria.


Through collective efforts and strategic partnerships, I believe that Kogi State youths can surmount challenges, achieve greatness, and contribute significantly to the nation's growth and development. It is imperative that our youths are empowered with the right skills, knowledge, and resources to drive innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development.

The National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS) Senate President Comr Usman Ibrahimnyass Dende strongly condemns the recent tragic accident along the Felele-Ganaja highway, which claimed the lives of our students. This devastating incident is a stark reminder of the dire need for improved road safety measures in our community. We are deeply saddened by the loss of young lives, and our thoughts and prayers are with the families and loved ones of the victims. However, our condolences are not enough. Therefore, We demand action from our government to prevent such tragedies from occurring in the future.
