Appeal Judgement: Kogi State Apc Youths Leader Hon Mohammed gives score card to Governor over his flatter victory at the Court of Appeal.

The Kogi State Youths Leader of the All Progressive Congress APC Hon Mohammed U Mohammed, send sends his felicitation to his Excellency Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo CIA the Executive Governor of Kogi state, over his flattered victory at the just concluded Judgement at the Court of Appeal.


The Appeal Court, sitting in Abuja, on Thursday 11/07/2024 affirmed the election of Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo of All Progressive Congress (APC) party as the Executive Governor of Kogi State.


The Appellate Court, in its unanimous decision, resolved all the three issues against the appellant, Edeoga Chijioke Jonathan, of the Labour Party.


The panel justice presided held that the Appeallant failed to prove evidence of no account, saying that the Petitioners had no locus to challenge same as they did not participate in the primary election that produced the Governor. Secondly only the Federal High Court has jurisdiction.




  Hon Mohammed in his congratulatory message, described the victory as a testament to the resounding mandate that the people of Kogi State have bestowed upon him to the dream Governor of Kogi state.


The youthful oriented leader said that Governor Ododo's vision, integrity, and passion for the wellbeing of the people will undoubtedly guide him in making impactful decisions and implementing positive changes.
