Lokoja Caretaker Chairman End Black Out, Restore Power Supply to Secretariat

 



The Lokoja LGA Caretaker Chairman, Comrade Abdullahi Adamu has brought a huge relief to the Staff of Lokoja Local Government Secretariat who have been without power since April, 2023.


Comrade Abdullahi Adamu who had during the General Staff Meeting on Thursday, 18th, 2024 promised to prioritize the welfare of staffers and improve on their working environment swung into action immediately his attention was drawn to the power challenge during the meeting.


Mallam Bala, a Staff and Chief Imam of Secretariat Mosque who led the mosque Committee to thank the Chairman, expressed their gratitude for the quick intervention, noting that they were surprise by the speed with which the problem that has lingered for almost a year was resolved in less than 2 weeks. He thanked the Caretaker Chairman for matching his words with action.


The Director of Local Government Administration, Mallam Aliyu Musa Omuwa on behalf of the Management and Staff commended the Chairman for solving a huge problem that has impacted on the day to day activities in the Local Government Secretariat.
