KOGI GUBER: WIFE OF THE SPEAKER AND WIFE OF MEMBER LOKOJA 1 STATE CONSTITUENCY DISTRIBUTES CLOTHES AND EMPOWERED WOMEN WITH CASH IN LOKOJA.

Empowered over 500 women with cash.



    The wife of the RT Honorable Speaker Kogi State House of Assembly, Hajiya Zainab Aliyu Umar and wife to member representing the good people of lokoja 1 state constituency, Hajiya Amina Shehu Ebaiya led their team to karaworo ward 'B' & 'C' axis in lokoja local government for a door to door meeting with the women, and vulnerable peoples which they empowered over 500 women with cash and clothes while charging them to come out massively on 11th gubernatorial election to cast their vote for APC.


The program which was held in karaworo axis of ward 'B' & 'C' had delegates from each unit of the two ward that graced the program.


The reason for the visit was to empowered women and have one on one interaction with the women at the grassroots ahead of the november 11th election which will hold in few days time.


It was a fruitful gatherings were women of tiber and calibers left their tight schedules to make the gathering a befitting one.


The wife of the legislators was accompanied by wife of the House of Assembly Kogi Koto Karfe state constituency, Hajiya Fatimah Idrees Aliyu.

Hajiya Zainab Aliyu commends the women for making it out in numbers to honor their calls, in her statement," she urged them to come out massively on 11th to cast their votes for Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo and his Deputy Comr Joel Salifu Oyibo to  consolidate on the Good legacy's of the present administration as it is said democracy is all about government of the people, by people and for the people, while assuring them of more women inclusiveness in government if Ododo emerged.


The wife of the house of assembly member representing lokoja 1 state constituency while addressing the women assured them of more dividends of democracy while discribing the APC government as the government that has been fair to women.


The APC women leader Lokoja LGA, Hajiya Gana who is also in the entourage, charged all the units women to mobilize and canvas for Ododo/Oyibo winnings in ward B & C and in lokoja local government in general.
