Gov Ododo Aide, Mohammed Eneji Celebrate Engr. Aliyu Momoh as Kogi APC Chairman

A new chapter has unfolded for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State as Engr. Aliyu Momoh emerged victorious as the new State Chairman, Hon Abdulrasheed Buhari as New State Youths Leader, alongside other newly elected executives. The announcement followed their selection and adoption by critical stakeholders at the party's State Congress held at Muhammadu Buhari Square, Lokoja.


According to reports, the event was marked by celebrations by the Special Assistant to Kogi State Governor, Hon. Mohammed Eneji, extending congratulations to the new leadership team. 



As Hon Abdullahi Bello (Outgone State Chairman), Mohammed U Mohammed (Outgone State Youths Leader), and other outgoing executives took a bow, the party prepared for a new era under Engr. Momoh's leadership.


In a heartfelt expression of gratitude, Hon Eneji also thanked His Excellency, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, the Chief Strategist and Custodian of the Kogi State, for creating an enabling environment that has allowed younger generations to thrive and take on leadership roles. "We thank you, sir, for believing in us and giving us the opportunity to serve," Eneji said.



As the party embarks on this new journey, He further calls for necessary support towards the growth of the new structures, assuring a straight win for both President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo in 2027, paving the way for continuity and further progress.



 With the new leadership team in place, the party is poised to tackle the challenges ahead, strengthen its grassroots support, and deliver on its vision for a prosperous Kogi State. The future looks bright, and stakeholders are optimistic about the APC's prospects in the state.

  The National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS) vehemently condemns the protracted and unjust detention of Abdulhameed Sadiq, a recent graduate of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja and a full supporter of this great administration , known as "KogiBorn."
