Comr. Abdullahi Ahmadu Madami Announces Bid for Lokoja 2 House of Assembly Seat

Comr. Abdullahi Ahmadu Madami has thrown his hat into the ring, announcing his intention to contest for the Lokoja 2 State House of Assembly seat in the upcoming 2026/2027 elections. In a statement, Madami, a proud son of the Eggan community in Eggan Ward, expressed his commitment to serving the people of Lokoja 2 under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).


Madami outlined his priorities, which include improving access to primary healthcare, education programmes, youth skills acquisition and empowerment, employment opportunities, and soft loans for farmers. 


He also emphasized the need for enhanced security measures to protect the people and their properties.


The aspirant has invited constituents to meetings where he will share his programme and listen to their concerns, promising an inclusive and participatory approach to governance. 


"I respectfully seek your support, prayers, and active participation as we prepare for the party primary and general election," he said.


Madami's bid is expected to inject fresh energy into the political landscape of Lokoja 2, as he seeks to represent the constituency in the State House of Assembly.
