As the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) approaches a new chapter in its leadership journey, one name stands out prominently - Babangida Onimisi Isah (BOI). With a proven track record of inclusive leadership, transformative vision, and unwavering commitment to youth empowerment, BOI is undoubtedly the best fit to lead NYCN into a brighter future.

BOI's leadership philosophy is built on the principles of inclusivity, equity, and justice. He believes in harnessing the collective potential of Nigerian youths to drive national development and progress. His extensive experience in leadership roles, including his tenure as Departmental President and NAES National President during his student days, has equipped him with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of youth leadership.

At the heart of BOI's agenda is the empowerment of Nigerian youths. He proposes the establishment of a National Youth Enterprise Fund to support startups with grants, mentorship, and technical capacity-building resources. This initiative is designed to foster entrepreneurship, innovation, and job creation among youths, thereby reducing unemployment and poverty.

The elections were held today at the 2025 National Convention in Minna, Niger State, and were conducted in a peaceful and transparent manner.
