GOVERNOR ODOODO'S AIDE, HON. COMR. JOSHUA MAJI, SYMPATHIZES WITH FEDERAL UNIVERSITY LOKOJA OVER STUDENT LOSSES



In a show of solidarity and support, Hon. Comr. Joshua Maji, Local Government Special Assistant to Governor Ododo, joined Stewart's to pay a condolence visit to the management and students of Federal University Lokoja.


The visit comes on the heels of the tragic loss of students from the university in a recent accident. Hon. Maji's presence was a testament to the governor's commitment to standing with the university community during this difficult time.


Hon. Maji offered words of comfort and encouragement to the students and management, assuring them that the governor's administration is dedicated to supporting them in any way possible.


The condolence visit is a demonstration of the governor's administration's resolve to prioritize the welfare and safety of students in Kogi State.

The National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS) Senate President Comr Usman Ibrahimnyass Dende strongly condemns the recent tragic accident along the Felele-Ganaja highway, which claimed the lives of our students. This devastating incident is a stark reminder of the dire need for improved road safety measures in our community. We are deeply saddened by the loss of young lives, and our thoughts and prayers are with the families and loved ones of the victims. However, our condolences are not enough.
