AYCC Kogi State Chapter Condemns Fatal Accident, Commiserates with FUL, Families of Accident Victims




The Arewa Youth Consultative Council (AYCC), Kogi State Chapter, strongly condemns the reckless trailer driver responsible for the tragic accident that claimed the lives of six students of the Federal University Lokoja.


Comr. Balogun Damilola, AYCC State Media Director, described the incident as "a senseless tragedy that could have been avoided with caution and responsibility."

The AYCC extends heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims. "We share in your grief and pain. May the souls of the departed rest in peace, and may God grant you strength to bear this irreparable loss."

The AYCC urges the government to take urgent measures to improve road safety within and outside the state. "This tragedy is a wake-up call for all of us. We must work together to ensure our roads are safe for all users, especially students who are the future leaders of our country."

The AYCC stands in solidarity with the Federal University Lokoja community. "We will continue to work together to honor the memories of the victims and ensure their deaths are not in vain."
