It is with great pleasure that I, Honorable Yakubu Siyaka (Fancy), the Auditor General for Local Government, Kogi State wholeheartedly endorse Governor Ododo's Orphan Students Care initiative. This exemplary program, championed by the Forum of LSA’s, demonstrates a genuine commitment to the welfare and education of orphaned students in Kogi State.


As a passionate advocate for education and youth development, I am impressed by Governor Ododo's dedication to revitalizing Education and investing in the future of Kogi State's young people and the Orphans are not left out.

The Orphan Students Care initiative by the Forum of Local Government Special Assistant is a shining example of this commitment, providing vital support to those who need it most.


I commend the Forum of LSA for her vision and leadership in launching this initiative. I am confident that it will have a transformative impact on the lives of countless orphans and indigent people, empowering them to reach their full potential.

  The National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS) vehemently condemns the protracted and unjust detention of Abdulhameed Sadiq, a recent graduate of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja and a full supporter of this great administration , known as "KogiBorn." For five months, Mr. Sadiq has been held without trial or conviction, ostensibly due to a Facebook post critiquing the conduct of the Kogi State Accountant General toward public service holder's.
