Nigeria @64: Coalition of Northern Groups (CNG) Kogi State extends warm felicitations to Nigerians

The Coalition of Northern Groups (CNG) Kogi State Comr  Salau Enesi Habib congratulates Nigeria on its 64th Independence Day anniversary. This milestone marks Nigeria's journey since gaining independence on October 1, 1960.

In his statement, he said that: “As Kogi State celebrates this significant day, it's essential to reflect on its rich history. Originally part of the Northern Region, Kogi State was formed in 1991 from parts of Benue, Niger, and Kwara states. Today, it's known as the "Confluence State" due to the River Niger and River Benue's intersection near its capital, Lokoja”.

On this special day, Comr Salau Enesi Habib encourages Nigerians to unite, promote peace, and work towards a brighter future.

The CNG Kogi State chairman's message emphasizes the importance of national unity and progress.

May this milestone mark renewed hope, unity, and progress for our great nation, Amen!!!

Happy 64th Independence Day, Nigeria!
